PSG silence Troyes in Ligue 1 opener

PSG successfully started their adventure in Ligue 1 for the 2021/2022 season perfectly.

In the inaugural match played by PSG, Mauro Icardi et al successfully won three points by beating Troyes, Sunday (8/8/2021) early morning WIB.

Taking place at the Stadio de l'Aube, PSG successfully defeated the host in the first week of Ligue 1 by a score of 1-2.

Troyes was actually able to open the scoring first in the 9th minute.It was Oualid El Hajjam who carved his name on the scoreboard.But PSG did not remain silent.

The Ligue 1 giants immediately stepped on the gas by leveling the score.Achraf Hakimi scored a goal in the 19th minute.Two minutes later, Les Parisiens took the lead thanks to Mauro Icardi's effort.

These two different generations of Inter Milan retainers managed to secure three points for Mauricio Pochettino's team.

For the record, of the three teams that played the opening match of Ligue 1, only PSG won.Inevitably, the team, which is widely reported to have entered into an agreement with Lionel Messi, now tops the Ligue 1 standings with a collection of three points.

PSG have not appeared at full strength during the match against Troyes.Pochettino can only play Achraf Hakimi and Wijnaldum who are included in his new ammunition.Meanwhile, Gianluigi Donnarumma and Sergio Ramos, who were also signed this summer, did not appear on the PSG line-up.

Both are absent along with two stars Neymar and Angel Di Maria.Big credit goes to Ander Herrera who successfully provided an assist for Hakimi's goal.It's the same with Kylian Mbappe, where the bait he gave was successfully converted into a goal by Icardi.

Troyes did not give up to catch up after the break.In the 68th minute, they had a chance through Mame Balde.Balde took off an acrobatic kick from inside the penalty box after receiving a long pass.

This effort has not yielded results because it is still wide.Until the end of the game, the score did not change.Troyes is now stranded in the distended position of the Ligue 1 standings.
