AC Milan is rumored to have 'officially' released its outcast star, Jens Petter Hauge, to Eintracht Frankfurt in the transfer market this summer.
The news of Hauge's departure from AC Milan to Frankfurt has been confirmed by the famous Italian transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, through his personal Twitter account.
In his confirmation, Fabrizio said that an agreement between AC Milan and Frankfurt had been reached. Hauge is reported to be close to one of the dark horses of the German Bundesliga as soon as possible.
Hauge will reportedly fly to Frankfurt today, Sunday (08/08/21), to complete his move from AC Milan.
Meanwhile, the medical test will be held on Monday (09/08/21) local time. After the medical tests were completed, Frankfurt was rumored to be preparing an announcement for this compatriot Erling Braut Haaland.
Reportedly, Frankfurt had to spend 12 million euros (about Rp203.8 billion) to be able to redeem Hauge from AC Milan.
AC Milan itself is known to get double profits from the sale of Hauge to Frankfurt. The reason is that this 21-year-old young star was imported from Bodo/Glimt in October 2020 with a dowry of only 4.2 million euros (around Rp. 71 billion).
Signs of Hauge's departure were seen when the player was not included in Stefano Pioli's squad during AC Milan's pre-season match against Nice, Sunday (01/08/21) yesterday.
Hauge is the 12th player to be released by AC Milan either permanently or only on loan in the 2021 summer transfer market.
He followed the names of Diego Laxalt, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Hakan Calhanoglu, Mario Mandzukic, Antonio Donnarumma, Luan Capani, Lorenzo Colombo, Frank Tsadjout, Marco Brescianini, Gabriele Capanni, and Alessandro Sala.
